Now Chuck and Dave are in more of their natural element, being engineers. We love to tinker with all things mechanical, and we usually do that until we either fix it, understand it, or break it (sometimes all these happen at the same time). So, we wanted to share this passion with all of you.

Items We Like To Mess Around With:

Our Computers – If you haven’t noticed it already, Dave and I are fanatically competitive, and we often put down each other’s computers to indirectly make the other feel bad without compromising our friendship (learned that in Psych 101). Anyway, we wanted to use this page as a stomping ground for how good (or bad, in Dave’s case (I see this grievous error, being the webmaster, and also know that (yes our parenthetical documentation is rather outlandish) however, I'll let it slide this time) our computer really are.
• Our Cars – the same kind of philosophy applies here with our modes of transportation. Although we don’t know that much about engines and exhaust systems, we think we do, and sometimes that is enough to get you by (or at least into expensive trouble).
• Our Bikes – this is a big one. Since they are much less complex than our cars, we can tinker on them to our hearts' content. Chuck recently purchased a fantastic mountain bike at a garage sale, and Dave has spent the past spring and summer trying to get his at the same level of bicycle bitchin’ness (not a word, I know). On the same subject (and this is David writing now), David's frame is the top of the line Giant XTC SE II Frame which far exceeds the GT piece of junk that Chuck sees fit to ride around. It is ultra light, especially considering its 23', which David requires due to his 6'6" frame.
